PROTOTYPES

Our experienced engineering team is able to develop any kind of prototypes for steel coils processing lines for sandwich panels, also bio-composites panels also turn-keys projects. We realized special projects for our international customers such as two flexible and multiple levels sandwich panels lines able to work with steel panels and also fiber boards panels, mixing more steel profiles in the same line.

Robot system has been inferfaced to feed the line with rigid fcb panels at entry side. The panels have been jointes by means of an automatic joining and flying machine.
