WELDED TUBES

Our company is manufacturer of complete lines to produce steel welded tubes equipped with high frequency induction welders Solid State (for weldable carbon steel) or with Tig welders (for stainless steel tubes). The lines are equipped with decoilers, coil cars, horizontal accumulators,coils jointing group, roll-forming section, welding station, cooling tank and calibrating rolls section and Turk’s heads.

Besides we can supply flying cold saw or hot saw for the automatic cut-to-length cycle.

Remote assistance

Plc devices control the closed loop cycle for cutting to length of tubes.



Production speed

Production line speed with saw machines up to 120 m/1′ is possible for smaller diameters tubes.



Integrative systems

At the end of the line we can supply simpler discharging systems stacking tubes on carriages or fully automatic packaging systems with.

The smaller line production range is from 12 x 0,8 mm up to 50 x 2,0 mm; the medium line starts from 14 up to 76×4 mm and the bigger line from 76 up to 158 mm.
